Description

MANUKA MED SAFs custom fiber pad provides a larger super absorbent, cross-linked mesh gelling surface recommended for greater clinical ease and patient comfort with each heavy exuding wound dressing change. MANUKA MED SAF, used in combination with MANUKApli and a secondary dressing, enables swelling and gelling upon contact with exudate and necrotic tissue while lowering pH and reducing/eliminating malodor. Clinically demonstrating 50-100% more antibacterial and plasmin activity than alternative products, MANUKA MED SAF in combination with MANUKApli stimulates autolytic debridement in venous ulcers, diabetic foot ulcers, pressure ulcers, arterial and surgical wounds and skin tears.
